HEALTH Development + Restorative Medicine PC

Dr. Andrea Pérez received her undergraduate degree from Villanova University and her medical degree from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Long Island NY.

Dr. Pérez is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician who is committed to provide patient-centered, individualized care.  She opened her doors in 2009 and since then Health Development and Restorative Medicine, PC (HDRMedicine) continues to fulfill its mission to provide comprehensive primary care to the Bronx and greater NYC communities.

Dr. Perez is an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine-Harlem.   She is a member of the American Academy of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, the NY State Osteopathic Physicians, the National Association of Professional .  She uses an impressesive mix of eastern and western philosophies when it comes to treatment and recovery. She combines both the latest in natural techniques and embraces the medical advances of conventional medicine to yield the very best results for her patients. Her ever growing practices have made her a very respected Parkchester professional that is happy to embrace new patients. 
Throughout her life Dr. Perez has made an ongoing commitment to use her energies and talents to help uplift her community. She recently started United Hands for Change Inc., a not for profit that deals with health education and disease prevention. Dr. Perez enjoys speaking at local schools, churches, and health fairs but especially appreciates the opportunity to interact with the youth of the community as a mentor and tutor.
